Our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption. We have taken prudent precautions to back up our critical business data and to provide alternative means of communicating with our employees and clients.

We use National Bank Correspondent Network (NBCN) as our clearing firm and we rely on NBCN to maintain many of our critical business data and records. In the event of a serious business disruption we will be relying on NBCN to restore its operations and provide us with access to its clearing and payments services.
